About Scrypath

We started Scrypath after watching too many friends and colleagues stumble through career decisions armed with nothing but gut feeling and well-meaning advice from people who didn't really know them.

One of us spent three years in a role that looked perfect on paper before realising it was a terrible fit. Another switched careers twice before landing somewhere that actually matched who they are.

We kept asking the same question: why is there no tool that takes what researchers already know about career fit and makes it accessible to everyone?

So we built one. Scrypath combines established occupational science with modern technology to give you a clearer picture of where you might thrive - not based on what sounds impressive, but based on who you actually are.
